The Perfect Venue
Does the trial require special equipment? Refrigeration for products? Is the location suitable for our target consumers? Every trial goes through a requirement checklist to ensure layouts, locations and equipment are all ideally designed for that specific trial.
As well as our research facility, The White Rooms, based in St Albans we have a strong network of venues and venue providers. There hasn’t been a request we haven’t met yet.

Test Conditions
What temperature should the product be served at? Is the venue ventilated well enough for the sniff test? Will testers see product branding at the venue that may cause bias thinking?

Test Set Up

Fieldwork
Every CLT is manged and delivered directly by your Senior Project Manager. This doesn’t just mean they will be responsible for setting things up from the comfort of their desk.
At Zest every trial is managed from set up to delivery by a senior Zest project manager, including on the day, in person trial management.
This is key to ensuring the smooth running of each trial, and allows the SPM to act quickly from a vantage point of knowing all the ins and outs of the project.
